This year’s Elevator Pitch LIVE competition takes place today, so we thought we’d tell you a little bit more about the exciting AdTech/MarTech startups pitching this morning.
The competition – our annual quest to find the top rising stars in UK technology – is sponsored by Kreston Reeves, Cisco, Stirling Ackroyd, EY and Digital Radish and will see 15 shortlisted startups pitch to a room full of entrepreneurs, investors and industry heavyweights.
Here are the top three UK MarTech/AdTech startups pitching later today:
Sceenic
Sceenic has created a SaaS solution to enable media firms to transform their current video experience into an interactive watch-together experience for consumers.
The company, which has raised £140,000, closed its pilot integration with Virgin Media UK in March this year.
Vidsy
London-based startup Vidsy allows brands to link up with creators to produce original mobile video ads at scale.
A Founders Factory graduate and marketing partner of both Facebook and Snapchat, Vidsy has so far raised $1.62m from investors.
Monterosa
Monterosa builds digital experiences that create a closer connections with fans, combining cutting-edge technology and human behavioural insights to deliver the right type of interactive experience to achieve the objectives of the brands it works with.
After raising a £1.2m Series A in October 2015, the company went on to create a ‘happybot’ on Facebook for BBC Earth, ITV’s Love Island app and ‘couch commerce’ platform, as well as experiences for the likes of Doctor Who, Channel 4 Racing, NFL, and HSBC World Rugby.
