TransferWise might soon become the UK’s next billion dollar startup after the FT reported they were attracting the attention of a $50m investment from Sequoia. Its founders won’t confirm, but did launch a manifesto tackling foreign exchange charges this month.

Southampton Football Club have dipped into fintech with a new contactless tickets and payments system for their fans.

A London startup has also teamed up with the FT to predict the future of the financial markets.
