Female focused co-working space Blooms opens in London

Blooms

Blooms, a co-working space for female entrepreneurs, will open in London today.

Created by Blooming Founders and based in London’s Shoreditch, the co-working space will seek to provide members with access to expert mentors, events, networking opportunities and an on-site creche.

Blooms will also give members access to a digital platform to help them meet potential investors.

Set up by Lu Li in 2015, Blooming Founders has created a network for entrepreneurial women to meet like-minded people and share expertise.

Speaking about the opening, Li said: “Blooms is a new milestone that is part of the Blooming Founders mission to build a support infrastructure for female entrepreneurship. We wanted to create an environment that was female founder friendly, but open to everybody.

“Blooms’ vision as London’s first female focused business club is to create an inspirational environment for founders to work from and do business in, by providing the right setting and access to a diverse community, to enable our members to focus on work, life and success whilst providing a sanctuary. We’ve gained fantastic support from investors, experts and other mentors, to help our growing community, and we’ve seen a real appetite for our memberships,” she concluded.

Blooming Founders says it has more than 2100 members, most of which are in London.
