Digital designer, Monzo

Monzo is seeking an experienced digital designer to join its newly formed CRM team. You will work across a range of digital media, including email, app, web, and more. You will have creative input across all areas of the customer lifecycle, developing new ideas and spotting creative opportunities to communicate its brand and engage with its target audience.
You will design email journeys that communicate with customers at all stages of their lifecycle, from onboarding experience to when they are ready to engage with new features. As well as working within email templates on the Braze platform, Monzo is looking for someone who can create bespoke designs that add more flair to those important customer moments. You will work closely with the brand designers to expand its current brand portfolio and ensure it is kept fresh and exciting. You will be a brand guardian for the business, ensuring all designs are kept on-brand and of high quality. Monzo loves designers to come in with insights, ideas and concepts that will help take the brand to the next level.
Senior data analyst, Klarna

Finance operations manager, Freetrade

With the team constantly evolving it’s now looking for an exceptional finance operations manager to join Freetrade. You will report directly to the new associate director, financial control and be responsible for developing Freetrade’s financial operations, internal controls and for being a key contributor in the building of a world-class financial reporting and control function. You will be leading the core financial control team in a growing international business – specifically the centralised finance operations and systems. For example, new product accounting and back-office integration to finance systems, procure to pay, general ledger maintenance, payroll and the core aspects of the subsidiary (UK and overseas) monthly close process. You will be responsible for building a scalable finance function – developing each of its people, systems/automation and processes for the existing business and in support of Freetrade’s international growth plans. Freetrade already has a footprint in the UK, Sweden, Canada and Australia.
Principal site reliability engineer, Funding Circle UK
