Basingstoke-based technology firm NewVoiceMedia has announced its expansion to Munich.
The firm, which has raised $141.3M since it was founded in 2000, currently employs 220 people in the UK and has offices in San Francisco, New York, Dallas, Sydney, Copenhagen and Wroclaw.
NewVoiceMedia will employ five people in Munich but says it is looking to expand quickly “in line with recent significant bookings growth”.
John Bacon, vice president of Europe at NewVoiceMedia, said: “NewVoiceMedia has grown rapidly in continental Europe as we have a fantastic opportunity to enable customers to address the challenges of delivering greater efficiency, effectiveness and business insight, whilst empowering them to deliver incredible service to their customers.
“Our new office in Munich will enable us to expand further and serve more customers with increased efficiency.”
The news comes after the company, which offers a cloud-based customer contact platform, closed a $30m Series F early last year and a $50m Series E in July 2014.
Investors in the company include Salesforce Ventures, Notion Capital – which recently raised $220m to invest in technology firms across Europe – and MMC Ventures.
