Britain’s Internet of Things booms as London lands new incubator

Britain is rapidly becoming a world leader in connected technologies.

Three weeks ago, Huawei acquired Cambridge-based Neul to set up an Internet of Things centre of excellence in the UK and now a tech consultancy service is launching a new London-based Internet of Things incubator, Breed Reply.

The incubator will offer funding and support in the form of advice from mentors and investors.

Startups in the incubator will also benefit from access to companies already in Reply’s network and get access to office space.

IoT focus

Startups with a focus on the Internet of Things have until November 14th to apply for the incubator.

Applicants must fill out an application form and record a one-minute video pitch.

Breed Reply is open to startups from both Europe and the USA.

‘Highly innovative ideas’

Emanuele Angelidis, Breed Reply CEO, believes the incubator provides a “great opportunity for startups” to rapidly develop their business.

Alongside the traditional financial support, it provides significant entrepreneurial and managerial expertise as well as synergies with the Reply world.

We are looking for initiatives set up by talented people who are able to bring together excellence and highly innovative ideas with a large addressable market.

Turin-based Reply was founded in 1996 and has offices all over Europe.

Breed Reply will be headquartered in London, with offices in Milan and Munich.
