Mapping startup What3Words has won London Technology Week’s Innovator of the Year 2015.
The award, created by business networking group London Innovators and sponsored by IBM, is given for “ingenuity and entrepreneurship”.
What3Words was recently chosen as one of Tech City News’ Elevator Pitch winners.
The company provides everyone across the world with a unique address by generating a random series of three words for each 3m x 3m section of the world.
Product of the Year went to ZAP&GO, a $149 five-minute phone charger that raised $114,645 on Indiegogo in October last year.
