Google Ventures Europe and Japanese telecoms company Softbank have invested £7.3m into Yieldify, an e-commerce startup that helps online retailers create personalized campaigns for consumers.
Launched just under 2 years ago in London by brothers, Jay and Meelan Radia, the company has experienced extraordinary growth in a short amount of time.
It has now expanded to over 120 employees worldwide and works with more than 1,000 global brands, including Marks and Spencer, French Connection, Steiner Sports and Monarch.
This marks Google Ventures third investment in a European startups this year. In February it lead a funding round for digital music service provider Kobalt and it has also recently invested in the Oxford Science Innovation fund.
