On-demand transportation app Gett has partnered with world renowned champagne house, Veuve Clicquot, to offer ‘Gett Clicquot’ to Londoners
The launch is a precursor to Gett’s expansion into new lines of products and services and represents a shift into broader categories as it looks to own the on-demand marketplace.
London users will be able to get a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, supplied by Amathus – a premier retailer in the City and Kensington – delivered to them within 10 minutes of ordering it through the app.
The service is available from 4pm – 10pm every day for those based in and around Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, the City, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Belgravia and Kensington.
Remo Gerber, Gett’s UK CEO, said: “We are delighted to launch our first new vertical and to be partnering with prestigious brand, Veuve Clicquot, getting Londoners world renowned Champagne with a tap of the Gett app.
“For the last five years, we’ve been moving customers around safely and now ‘Gett Clicquot’ will use the same business model to bring this revolutionary new service to Londoners.
“This is the start of a wide new range of services to be offered through the Gett app – the consumer demand is enormous.”
The ‘Gett Clicquot’ partnership is the first new product category to go live following Gett’s announcement of its growth into additional products and services earlier this year.
