Founded in 2019, Maji’s technology is used by employers to optimise staff pension contributions made via salary sacrifice. The London-based company has raised £660,000 in funding.
Maji is an alumnus of Google for Startups’ Female Founders residency and Tech Nation’s Fintech 3.0 programme. Worthing-Davies was previously the COO and CEO of TeamUp.

1. What one thing do you wish you’d done differently when launching your company?
