New table doesn’t quite fit in that corner? Just change the shape of your house
DHaus are seeking funding on Kickstarter to launch two flagship products that can change their shape depending on your mood: the D*Dynamic and the D*Table.
Inspired by the “Haberdashers Formula” discovered by the mathematician Henry Ernest Dudeney in 1903, DHaus’s products are made of four connected parts that can pivot from a square to a triangle and many other different configurations along the way.

Dynamic living
The D*Dynamic was designed for living in the Arctic Circle, with the square configuration ideal for insulation during the cold winters and the triangle shape better for enjoying the long hours of sunshine in the summer.
But not everyone can afford a shape-shifting house, so DHaus are offering the D*Table, a table that can change its shape based on the same principle.
The D*Table can fold into even the most awkward corners, and the four parts can be separated to become bedside tables with quirky angles.
DHaus aim to raise £30,000 by mid May, and to get your hands on your own D*Table you’ll need to pledge £950.
The D*Haus Company, “inspired by the mathematical mosaic of fibres that together, formulate our world,” was established in 2011 by David Ben-Grünberg and Daniel Woolfson.
