Serial entrepreneur Debbie Wosskow has raised £1.85m in Series A funding to boost the expansion of AllBright.
Wosskow set up AllBright alongside ex-Hearst UK chief Anna Jones to help women scaleup their businesses and close the gender funding gap preventing many female entrepreneurs from getting their ideas off the ground.
A Cain International consortium, including property development firm Galliard, led the round.
Debbie Wosskow said: “We are delighted to be working with Cain International, Galliard and our group of angel investors. In the 10 months since AllBright launched, we have begun to build a network for working women that we hope can make the UK a great place for female founders and executives. We’re excited for the next stage of scaling up our platform, events and funding over the coming months.”
A well-known figure in the UK technology industry, Wosskow founded LoveHomeSwap in 2011 after watching Hollywood rom-com ‘The Holiday‘.
The company, which allowed users to share and swap their homes, was acquired by the Wyndham Group for a reported £40m.
