Cronycle secures $2.6m from Andurance Ventures

funding

Cronycle, a startup that enables users to filter online content on platforms such as Twitter, has raised $2.6m from existing investor Andurance Ventures.

The startup was co-founded by Nicolas Granatino, also a co-founder and partner at Andurance Ventures, an independent tech venture capital firm launched in London four years ago.

Speaking about his firm’s investment in his startup, Granatino told Tech City News: “We invest in startups but also build businesses. We invest across the value chain in media/education and if we don’t find a startup for what we believe the market needs we build it.”

To date, Andurance Ventures has invested in 9 startups and completed three cash exits: Mendeley to Reed Elsevier, Mediacore to Workday and Stupeflix to GoPro in February.

The news comes after Cronycle raised $2.5m in seed funding.
