Baby Bundle unveils $1.8m seed round and Mumsnet deal

US-based parenting app Baby Bundle has raised a $1.8m seed round and unveiled a partnership with the UK’s Mumsnet platform as it looks to expand internationally.

The freemium app launched in the US and Canada in April last year and has been named one of Apple’s Editor’s Choice platforms for helping parents remember appointments and monitor their child’s progress, as well as acting as a reference guide for new mums and dads.

The cash comes from an Asian family office, as well as angels including Founders Forum cofounder Jonnie Goodwin.

Justine Roberts, Mumsnet founder, said “Baby Bundle has developed a terrific app with a proven track record of success in the US. We’re really excited about bringing a UK version to the Mumsnet audience.”

The company also has planned launches in Germany and the Middle East.
