Pass The Keys, an Airbnb management platform, has closed a £350,000 Seed round led by Talis Capital.
The London-based PropTech startup, which provides a full management service for owners of short let properties, says it will invest the funds into further technological development, customer service and market expansion.
Alexander Lyakhotskiy, co-founder and CEO of Pass The Keys, commented: “We are very excited about the backing from Talis Capital. These new funds will allow us to take the company to the next stage of development and help us further improve the service we provide to our clients, as well as accommodating the increasing demand in the market.”
Pass The Keys has also recently been accepted onto the London Business School incubator programme.
Vasile Foca, co-founder and managing partner of London-based VC firm Talis Capital, commented: “PropTech, particularly on the property management side, is fast becoming the key enabler for property owners to capitalise on the opportunities within the On-Demand economy, and is a sector we have been following closely for some time.”
“Alexander and his team have created a truly differentiated offering in Pass the Keys in what is such a fragmented market, and we are very excited to begin our journey with them,” he concluded.
