Business Development and Partnerships Manager

Requirements
- You have worked in a sales/business development or senior account management role within the online sector.
- You have a genuine passion for online marketing.
- Experience in pitching to clients. You are also a consultative seller rather than a hard seller.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A 2:1 or higher from a top ten university.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- A self-starter who can spot new opportunities and is commercially minded.

Ruby on Rails Developer

The project will be stabilising the development of the platform, which is built on Ruby On Rails, Nginx, Postgres. It will involve getting to know the platform, adding and innovating new features.
You will be joining an agile team and supporting our outsourced developers. We care about clean code, quality user experience and best practices.

Front End Developer
London Office –Full Time, Permanent
We have built a development team with backend developers and designers we now need to bridge the gap between the developer & designer.
You will be joining an agile team and supporting our designers, who care about clean code, a quality user experience and the most up to date features.
Requirements
- Javascript – Strong fundamentals, with experience in jQuery and OOP frameworks
- HTML5 – Know it inside/out and currently learning new features
- CSS3 – Has played with animation and every other new feature of CSS3
- An understanding of UX
- An understanding of responsive design
- Photoshop – working knowledge (don’t have to be a designer)
- Ability to turn a PSD into a static website

Marketing Manager

- You have 3+ years experience in a marketing role at an online marketing company (preferably B2B but not mandatory)

- You are capable of building relationships with the marketing community and getting Yieldify strong PR coverage

Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Sales team and Product Management team in order to create the relevant marketing material to our clients.

Web Developer

Yieldify is looking for a bright, enthusiastic self-starter to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be working closely and mentored by the CTO who has 9 years of online/startup experience.
You will be based in the heart of UK’s startup community and will have responsibilities immediately. We are also accepting Graduates for this role.
Requirements
- Technical – HTML and CSS experience. This role does not require programming. JavaScript is a plus.
- Communicator – You are confident and have strong speaking and writing skills. You are able to build a rapport with different people quickly.
- Organisational – Must be well organised, this is a small team environment so must be able to organise themselves and others without reliance on outside support
- Adaptability – Needs to be able to work in wide variety of different environments – must be able to connect with people from widely different backgrounds and cultures. Also you are dynamic and always keen to take new responsibilities.
- Fast learner – You will be taught lots of different things in a short space of time. So you are a good listener and good at taking notes.
