VP Strategy & Analytics

Holborn Office – Full Time, Permanent

Duties & responsibilities

  • Responsible for all marketing and sales data analysis
  • Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends
  • Providing actionable strategy recommendations based on your analysis
  • Analysing the effect of different online and offline marketing channels and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth
  • Performing ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing and sales campaigns
  • Responsible for client analytics, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), cohort analysis, performance attribution and attribution modelling, sales effectiveness analysis and other online and offline marketing analytics
  • Presenting findings to senior management and Board of Directors
  • Involved in business planning, developing MarketInvoice’s operational and financial forecasts and budgets

Requirements

  • Highly numerical, analytical, comfortable handling big data sets
  • Experience in working in an analytical role such as investment banking, management consultancy, or marketing analytics
  • High level of experience in data analysis techniques and Excel proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Ability to produce clear reports and presentations
  • High level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: organic and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
  • Experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google – Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, etc.) will be viewed favorably”

Partnerships Manager

Holborn Office – Full Time, Permanent

Driving new business via quality partnerships is a key strategic aim for MarketInvoice. The successful candidate will identify and build strong relationships with a wide array of individuals and organisations –those with the potential to deliver new business clients and greater brand awareness for MarketInvoice.

This is a role for an ambitious, smart individual with fantastic communication skills and sharp business acumen.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Drive new business: The ultimate responsibility of the successful candidate will be to deliver a regular flow of quality leads for the MarketInvoice account management team to convert. Partnership verticals to focus on will include; Brokers, Accountants, trade association and other SME finance providers.
  • New partner acquisition: Identify and meet potential partners for the business. Present the MarketInvoice proposition and articulate its relevance and value to their audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management/Retention: Nurture relationships with existing and new partners that come on board. Ensure MarketInvoice is front of mind and keep them updated on new products and features.
  • Partner marketing & PR: Work with the Marketing and PR team to design and execute effective campaigns targeted at partner verticals. These will include, sponsorship, events, email marketing and trade PR initiatives.
  • Events & Presentations: Be the MarketInvoice spokesperson and representative at relevant industry and partner events. These will include presentations, talks, round tables and panel discussions.

Requirements

  • Communications skills: An ability to present the business in a compelling fashion to a wide range of stakeholders – including senior executives. Good public speaking skills a definite advantage.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage and build trusted, lasting and fruitful relationships.
  • Business acumen: The ability to spot a good opportunity and the intelligence and creativity required to bring it to life.
  • Sector Experience: Relevant experience in corporate partnerships and /or financial services is desired but not a necessity
  • A cross-functional team player: An ability to work well across various departments such as technology, risk, operations, marketing and sales. Working effectively with the sales team to ensure Partner leads are converted as quickly and seamlessly as possible will be vital.

Head of Investor Sales

Holborn Office – Full Time, Permanent

As Head of Investor Sales, you will be responsible for attracting and maintaining liquidity to fund invoices traded through the MarketInvoice platform. You will set the strategy of what mix of funding to deploy and who to approach, taking responsibility in ensuring that new investors are educated, informed and kept up to date with the investment proposition. You will be dealing mainly with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, hedge funds and other institutional investors and asset managers.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Investor strategy and acquisition: Setting the strategy of what mix of funding is required and where best to establish relations. Develop a strategy for marketing the MarketInvoice product to potential investors, and where best to maximise our brand and exposure
  • Investor onboarding & diligence: Understand the key features of the MarketInvoice product offering, communicate the selling points as well as the risks involved in investing via the MarketInvoice platform, refine the investor onboarding process in an efficient and organised manner
  • Investor analytics and maintenance: Report on investor behaviour, deployment rates, investor feedback, propensity to invest across risk spectrum. Monitor the platform in order to forecast demand, ensure good investor client relations and rapid response times to transaction specific investor concerns. Produce a monthly investor bulletin as well as short research notes for new products offered through the platform

Requirements

  • A successful applicant will have a keen interest in financial markets, knowledge of a variety of asset classes, and strong communication and presentation skills
  • They will also be able to lead a team and ensure best in class investor relations
  • Ability to craft succinct and precise reports and presentation of analytics to Directors
  • 4-7 years of experience in institutional sales, investment management or investment banking is preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly PPT, Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work and deliver results under tight deadlines and with limited oversight
